Recent projects

Livmore High Park
Two 25-storey towers add 528 rental units to the site’s existing 1960s era concrete apartment buildings. The towers contain a mix of unit types from studio to three-bedrooms, with 16 townhouse units forming the base of the five-storey podium. Two pavilions tie the site together and provide 20,000 square feet of amenities for the use of all tenants in the complex. The pavilions include an indoor pool, gym, studios for instructor-led classes, shared party rooms, dedicated hobby space, and an indoor children’s play area.

MARK on 10th
MARK on 10th is a mixed-use residential development located at a prominent intersection on one of the busiest access corridors into the downtown core. The MARK on 10th offers street-accessible main floor retail, second-floor office space and a residential tower with 275 contemporary suites. The third-floor roof garden provides two amenity spaces: one for residents and another for the office tenants.
