The 77 James Street condos in Hamilton by IN8 Developments and Harlo Capital are currently in the pre-construction phase. This 3.54-acre property, known as Hamilton’s City Centre Mall, will be transformed into a mixed-use community through an ambitious high-rise redevelopment.

SRM Architects will design the project, which is planned to have four buildings. Three of the four structures (Towers 2, 3, and 4) will be 30 stories tall, while the other (Tower 1) will be 24 stories tall.
