The Buckingham Condos is an upcoming condo project by a premier real estate developer and builder, Vandyk Properties, and are currently in pre-construction. The estimated completion date for The Buckingham Condos is set for December 2025.

This new master-planned community will consist of three towers: 12, 37, and 39 storeys, with a total of 750 mixed-use condo units. Units will be a mix of one-bedroom, two-bedroom, and three-bedroom layouts. Units will range from 408 square feet to about 899 square feet.

Kohn Architects and SvN Architects + Planners are planning the architecture, while Figure 3 will curate fresh finishes and modern interiors that will appeal to every homebuyer.
