Following the tremendous success of Tower One, Chestnut Hill Developments introduces Universal City 2 Condos, the second release in the master-planned urban community of Pickering!

This development, designed by Kirkor Architect and Planners, is a condo project by Chestnut Hill Developments, now complete and located at 1474 Bayly Street in Pickering. The major intersections are Bayly Street and Liverpool Road.

Universal City 2 Condos rises 27 stories with 324 units in total, a mix of mixed condo units. The units will be a mix of one bedroom, one bedroom plus a den, two bedrooms plus a den, and three bedrooms. Universal City 2 Condos is designed by Kirkor Architect and Planners and will feature interior design in Figure3. Units range from 864 square feet to 1,026 square feet. The estimated completion date for Universal City 2 Condos is 2021.
