CentreCourt and SmartCentres REIT built TC5 Condos, an ambitious high-rise condominium development. They each have the vision, financial resources, and ties to bring this master-planned community’s fourth residential tower to life. The structure is now under construction at 100 Portage Parkway in Vaughan, ON. It represents an excellent investment opportunity due to its strategic location and first-rate features.
