The development is located in Toronto‘s Fashion District neighbourhood. The region is named after the old textile mills, industries, and warehouses that once stood there. Today, well-known fabric and garment stores and brands have replaced the ancient manufacturers. Residents in the region enjoy all of the advantages of city living, with the Lake Ontario shore just over a kilometre away.

Transportation

St. Andrew Subway Station and Union Station are both about 6 minutes away. A number of bus stops may be found in the neighbourhood.

Only a few hundred metres separate the residents from Lake Ontario’s tranquil waves and calming beach. There are numerous parks, gardens, and playgrounds for both children and adults.

It takes roughly 11 minutes to walk to the Harbourfront Centre. Clarence Square and Victoria Memorial Square are both within walking distance.

It’s only a short walk to the Rogers Centre. Some of the best parks in the area are HTO Park, Toronto Musical Garden, Northern Linear Park, Canoe Landing Park, and Isabella Valancy Crawford Park.
