The Tower at King West

A high-rise condo at Toronto

The Tower at King West, located at 125 Western Battery Road, is a somewhat inconspicuous structure with a unique design. Despite its name, it is really located in the Liberty Village neighborhood. But, in the developers’ defense, this site is just steps away from King West, and if you call this building home, you could make a case for either neighborhood.

This 30-story structure, with an exterior of red brick and glass panels, was finished in 2013, but has a more conventional appearance than other modern condos. Beyond the façade, however, this property is modern in every manner and can compete with other structures in the neighborhood.

Highlights

Neighborhood

The Tower at King west located at Liberty Village is, to put it mildly, fashionable – with so many pubs, restaurants, and cafés in the area, and more emerging all the time, locals are never bored.

Transportation

For food shopping, Metro and Liberty Market Building are within walking distance, and Shoppers Drug Mart is located on King Street for prescription pick-ups.

There are bus stops for route 63 on E Liberty Street for travel north. Eastbound and westbound streetcars run along King Street, providing service to St. Andrew Station, where you may take the subway. GO Transit’s Exhibition Station is less than a 10-minute walk from the hotel, making it a great location.

Outdoor

Ciao Europa Café, Aroma Espresso Bar, Balzac’s Liberty Village, Arvo Coffee, and Liberty Village Market & Café are all within walking distance. If you’re feeling really Canadian, you can always stop by Tim Hortons on E Liberty Street for a double-double.

The Tower at King West is most renowned for its fashionable pubs, of which there are several – craft beer at Brazen Head Irish Pub, Local Liberty Village, The Craft Brasserie & Grille, 3 Brewers Liberty, and Liberty Commons at Big Rock Brewery all only minutes away from 125 Western Battery Road. Residents may go to King West for bars or the Entertainment District for even more pubs, dance clubs, and Toronto’s top attractions for more alternatives.

Amenities

Suites in The Tower at King West range from 493 to 1355 square feet and include everything from studios to two-bedroom Plus den layouts. To optimize space, all units are open concept and have floor-to-ceiling windows that let in plenty of natural light.

In particular, prospective purchasers would appreciate the high-end features featured in these units, such as hardwood flooring, granite countertops, and stainless steel appliances in the kitchen. The suites also feature private balconies.
