The York Harbour Club

A high-rise condo at Toronto

York Harbour Club consists of two interconnected towers and a number of large homes that are connected to each other. The building’s façade is decorated in an art deco manner that harkens back to the past. As part of the Entertainment District, York Harbour Club is surrounded by parks, minutes away from Lake Ontario, and close to major attractions in the Entertainment District, making it the perfect place for nature-loving city-slickers.

Highlights

Neighborhood

A large part of the Fort York area — dubbed Garrison by locals — stretches from Bathurst Street to Strachan Avenue. After years of neglect, the area has witnessed a slew of new constructions. Residents of this community enjoy a balanced lifestyle with a rich history, metropolitan conveniences, and easy access to the Waterfront.

Transportation

23-39 Bastion Street has a Walk Score of 80, meaning most errands can be performed on foot, but some may require a car or public transportation. Around the block is a Healthy Island Health Food Store, and a Metro on Lynn Williams is a convenient place to pick up bigger quantities of food and other items. Public transportation is available on Fleet St, Bathurst, and Fort York Boulevard for individuals who choose to take public transportation to get to work.

Outdoor

In Liberty Village, you’ll find hip nightlife spots including The Craft Brasserie & Grille, Big Rock Brewery’s Liberty Commons, and 3 Brewers Liberty. Fox and Fiddle Cityplace are two of the many sports pubs in For York. A night on the town may be kicked off with a trip to Bar-Hop in the Entertainment District, which is really a bar named Bar-Hop.

Besides restaurants and pubs, there’s also the CN Tower and Ripley’s Aquarium of Canada, which are all within walking distance of this neighborhood. Watch some stand-up comedy at Yuk Yuk’s Toronto, or attempt to get a peek of celebs at TIFF Bell Lightbox. There are also theatres for performances and music venues. In addition, sports enthusiasts may enjoy the Blue Jays, Leafs, and Raptors at Rogers Centre or Scotiabank Arena.

Amenities

Condos range in size from 491 square feet for a one bedroom to 2400 square feet for a suite at York Harbour Club. Each apartment has hardwood flooring, granite countertops and stainless steel appliances, as well as soaking tubs, floor-to-ceiling windows and private balconies in addition to a wide range of floor layouts. There is one parking place included in each unit’s price.
