X2 Condo

A high-rise condo at Toronto

Located perfectly in the center of everything a city can offer, the X2 Condo is an amazingly successful condominium directly North on Charles Street. It caters a spectacular view as the city spreads out below you like a carpet of diamonds. As you look out your window you’ll see bright lights inviting you to sit back, open a bottle of wine and enjoy the show from the comfort of home. Certainly, with this prime location you can live an eclectic downtown experience. As a result, expect fun nightlife adventures, boutique shopping, arts and also culture venues.

There are business districts, educational institutions, clubs, restaurants, bars, cultural institutions, shops, green areas. Everything you need is at your fingertips, weather you’re a professional, a student, or anyone else who is looking for downtown living. Come on in!

The area around Church Street is often referred to as The Village and is perhaps best known, though, for its businesses that cater to the LGBTQ community. Toronto’s annual pride week is also held in the The Village.

For a more upscale day (or night) on the town, residents living at the X2 Condos can visit Yorkville. Known for its luxury boutiques and chic restaurants and bars, this area isn’t ideal for anyone on a budget. In fact, the “Mink Mile,” which comprises the south edge of Yorkville along Bloor East, was deemed the 7th most expensive shopping street in the world back in 2007.

Schools are just few blocks away. You can definitely check out Huron Sussex University!

Go urban surfing, skateboarding, blading or baking. You can head to the lake or to the area’s many cultural venues. Take the tube to the game. Take in TIFF. Find your groove at The Jazz Festival of Lights. X2 is the centre stage and you’re the star!

With a 100 Walk Score, it is close enough to feel the heat of the city. Close enough to be cool. You can walk to Yorkville/Bloor or to the Church Street Scened. Two blocks to the subway. Two blocks to the pristine tree-lined streets of Rosedale.

Traveling to and from 101 Charles East is simple, thanks to its close proximity to a number of major arterial roads. Bloor and Jarvis are great for drivers, with the former offering quick access to the Don Valley Parkway, and the latter carrying drivers southbound toward the Gardiner Expressway.

Bloor also comes in handy for those without cars. Residents of the X2 can catch subways running along the Bloor-Danforth Line by walking 6 minutes to Bloor-Yonge Station or 7 minutes to Sherbourne Station. From Bloor-Yonge, passengers can also head north and south along the Yonge-University-Spadina line.

Shopping and Dining

With a vibrant neighborhood, you can take a walk over and you’ll find an excellent coffee shop along the road. There are also both fancy grocery stores and budget ones that you can immediately check around the area. You can shop at Club Monaco, Prada, Max Mara, Hermes and many more. If you also want to enjoy by drinking and eating, there’s also a lot of restaurants and diners to choose from. You can enjoy your meal at Bloor Steaks Diner, New York Deli and many many more.

The best bet for heading out to eat, drink, or shop in the immediate area is to walk one block west toward Church Street, and then south from there.

Ownership means membership and membership means everything. This amazing condo has addictive amenities. There’s am rooftop pool and landscaped sundeck reclining atop the nine floor podium.

You can also check out X2’s fabulously equipped fitness facility- you can do aerobics, weights, yoga, Pilates-name your gain, name your pain! After that, you can just relax- take a steam, play billiards, play the piano. Why not plan a party or just hang out with friends in the library or lounge.
