Legacy Park Condos

A high-rise condo at Vaughan

Legacy Park Condos, which stands 25 storeys tall, is an imposing structure with a modern, beautiful design. It’s on Bathurst and Center in Vaughan, just south of Highway 407. As a result, driving is as stress-free as possible. Legacy Park Condo’s facilities are unquestionably amazing. You may relax in the steam room or sauna, practice your swing on the golf simulator, or watch a movie. With so much going on in the complex, it’s easy to lose sight of what’s waiting for you outside.

Highlights

Neighborhood

New condos in Vaughan, present a dynamic opportunity to be part of a thriving and growing hub in the heart of the GTA. It’s estimated that the city has 11,000 business enterprises, providing employment to 200,000 people, a number that is set to grow exponentially with the launch of the state-of-the-art Mackenzie Vaughan Hospital and some other exciting developments proposed for the region.

Transportation

The Legacy Park Condos development is a 10-minute drive from the Vaughan Metropolitan Centre, the region’s new downtown center and one of the province’s most anticipated revitalizations. It encompasses approximately 440 acres of office buildings, condominiums, parks, stores, and hotels, all linked by a network of bicycle and pedestrian routes. Vaughan’s rebuilt downtown also serves as the endpoint for the TTC subway’s new extension, marking the first time the subway has offered service outside of Toronto.

One reason we appreciate this specific condo is because it is located on the outskirts of Markham, which means it is close to some of the city’s most interesting projects. These include the opening of a brand-new York University campus and the construction of a large urban development just ten minutes to the east.

With easy access to Highways 7, 407, and 400, this is an excellent commuting location, whether you’re traveling into downtown Toronto or elsewhere in Thornhill.

Outdoor

Legacy Park Condos is located in a fantastic neighborhood. Thornhill Green Park is just a few feet away, and there are several more parks nearby. There are three parks to select from: Edmund Seager Parkette, Rosedale North Park, and Bathurst Estates Park. There is also a nearby golf course where you can put your golf simulator practice to the test. There are several eating options available. Pizza, Chinese cuisine, and sandwiches are all within walking distance of Legacy Park Condos.

Legacy Park Condos is a project that provides contemporary living to a convenient location near major highways, golf courses, and amenities. Over 30,000 square feet of outdoor amenity and greenspace, as well as 10,000 square feet of internal facilities geared at young professionals, young families, and downsizers. Amenities will be available on the bottom floor and a portion of the sixth story.
