Limelight Condos is located in Mississauga. The Limelight Condos at 365 Prince of Wales Drive were Daniels Corporation’s seventh building in Mississauga’s downtown core, indicating that the developer and the neighborhood work exceptionally well together. Daniels recruited the assistance of Kirkor Architect + Planners to complete the project, and the 22-story contemporary glass skyscraper was completed in 2012.

Whether homeowners have access to a car or not, getting to and from the Limelight Condos is a breeze. Those who drive may access the 403 through Mavis Road or Hurontario, and the 401 is only a short distance away. For those who prefer not to drive, there is a bus stop outside outside 365 Prince of Wales where residents may take the 6, 8, 26, and 91 MiWay buses.

Residents will have access to CLUB RADIANCE, a 12,000 sq. ft. indoor/outdoor amenity area that includes a 27′ full court gym (the first of its kind in a Mississauga residential condominium), a Fitness Centre, Home Theatre, Media Lounge, Party Room, and Outdoor Terrace with two BBQ areas, a billiards table, and a double-sided fireplace. Limelight will be the newest addition to Daniels’ 23-acre master planned community, which will include a new three-acre community park, retail outlets, and public art, all connected by a pedestrian-friendly mews that will run through the heart of the neighborhood.

The building’s homes come in a variety of forms and sizes: studios start at 450 square feet, two bedroom apartments top out at about 1,050 square feet, and some suites include dens. Though this makes the Limelight Condos ideal for singles and couples, the complex is actually only appropriate for small families.

Every suite at 365 Prince of Wales, regardless of size, is light and open owing to floor-to-ceiling, wall-to-wall windows and 9- to 10-foot ceilings. Breakfast bars, granite worktops, porcelain tile backsplashes, and stainless steel equipment distinguish open concept kitchens. And bamboo flooring, which is both environmentally sustainable and fashionable, can be found throughout the structure.
