Transit City Condos 4 is the fourth phase of a six-phase master-planned transit city community in downtown Vaughan. It is located adjacent to Transit City One, Two, and Three, offering exclusive access to a master-planned community, a 9-acre park, top employers, and European-inspired piazzas.

A joint venture by CentreCourt and SmartCentres REIT, Transit City Condos 4 is a high-rise condominium community situated at 175 Millway Avenue in Vaughan, ON. The development was completed in 2023.

Diamond Schmitt Architects designed this 45-story building, which has 530 mixed condominiums ranging in size from one to two bedrooms. Unit suite sizes range from 460 to 1,093 square feet. The development’s units are all furnished with luxurious interiors by Figure3 interior designers.
